Student residences in Barcelona typically don’t accept students under 18 year olds.
BHS-Beyoo is a unique solution so international high school students don't face this obstacle.
Through the BHS-Beyoo partnership, BHS qualifies as an official Mobility Program school, which is the mandatory requirement to obtain a Spanish student visa for students who are minors (under 18 years old).
EU citizens do not require a student visa.
For non-EU citizens, the Mobility Program, established and regulated by the Spanish government, is the only way for non-EU citizens who are under 18 years to obtain student visas to study in Spain.
The BHS-Beyoo student residence is located only 2 minutes walking distance from campus and the Boarding Fees include the resident monitor who is located in the same residence facility.
An additional Student Visa-Mobility Program Fee (2500€) includes the immigration administration of your student visa and legal guardianship.
Note: Vita student residence, unfortunately, does not qualify for the Mobility Program so BHS cannot provide legal guardianship documentation and/or student visa documentation to stay in this student residence.

Student Visa-Mobility Program Fee:
2500€ (only for non-EU citizens who require a student visa)
Deposit:
20% of Boarding Fees applicable against the total Boarding Fees (see below).
Reservation Period:
Reservations are for 10 (most popular), 5, or 3 months (see below)
Payment and Booking:
To confirm your reservation, the Residence Registration Fee and Deposit must be paid at the time of booking. Boarding Fees (see below).
