Do you want to improve your level of Spanish and/or Catalan?

While BHS is an international American school with courses taught in native English, BHS is also located in Spain, so it is important for its students to learn Spanish, and Catalan if desired, since Barcelona is in Catalonia.  BHS has a priority for its non-Spanish speaking students to learn the Spanish language.

BHS provides bilingual (Spanish and English) education in the the preschool and kindergarten school and trilingual (English, Spanish and Catalan) in the elementary school.  In grades 7 - 10, BHS provides the ESO Program to attend universities in Spain.  In high school, BHS has an intensive Spanish course known as Advanced Placement Spanish Language and Culture.

BHS also has a Summer Intensive Spanish Course to help students improve their level of Spanish to be able to communicate in Spanish with local people.
