Is the BHS diploma accredited in the United States?

Yes. Barcelona High School is a fully accredited American international school in Barcelona Spain.  Indeed, the American High School Diploma that students receive from Barcelona High School is accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Schools Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) which allows students to attend any university in the world. 

 

Is BHS accredited in Spain?

Yes.  Barcelona High School is also fully accreditated by the Spanish Ministry of Education and Barcelona Education Department which allows students to attend universities in Spain with the US High School Diploma, without the need of the IB Diploma.

Does BHS have AP Courses and approved NCAA courses?

Yes.  Barcelona High School courses are approved by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), the non-profit American university organization that maintains the requirements of athletic scholarships to universities in USA for student athletes.  Moreover, all Advanced Placement (AP) courses and exams are College Board approved.​  ​
